Concept:  Curved Form with Rectangle and Space is a metaphorical expression of fundamental dynamics found in the natural world, and in the human experience.

This visual form suggests dualities, held in dynamic tension by its visual suggestion of simultaneous falling and lifting, as if, it is either landing or taking flight.

It is solid and open, concave and convex, while suggesting movement and stillness in Time and Space.  The curved form mimics the curvature of the earth, sun and moon with its endless evolutionary cycles.

This visual statement echoes the creative, intellectual, and cultural energy of this cultural area, because of the fundamental elements present within the metaphor.
